Features of B1200 Corrugated Sidewall Rubber Conveyor Belt
The B1200 corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is composed of a base belt, a sidewall and a cleat. The bas belt can use cotton, nylon and polyester fabric reinforced for different belt's tension, application, flexibility longitudinally and rigidity transversely.
The edge guard sidewall of the B1200 corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is corrugated to facilitate the winding around the drum, prevents the material from slipping of. The cleat ( T-type, TS-Type, C-Type, TC-Type and TCS-Type ) is used to support the material, in order to achieve large angle of transport.
The sidewall and the cleat on the B1200 corrugated sidewall conveyor belt are connected to the base belt by means of hot vulcanization process and have a high degree of pre-linking.
The B1200 corrugated sidewall conveyor belt has advantages of large conveying inclination angle ( 0°-90°), wide application range, small occupied area, no transfer point, less investment in civil construction, low maintenance cost, large conveying capacity, etc.
The B1200 corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is widely used for convoying materials in shapes of lump, particles and powders in port, metallurgy, ore mining, power plant, coal mining, foundry, construction, chemical industry, etc.
